Descrizione dell'attivita che verrà svolta
As part of the REDUCE project, the Noise group will analyze the flows of food waste in the retail. Based on data collected from a sample of retail stores, we will study the flow of unsold food products by analysing the reason for the surplus, the features of the unsold items and their destination, with the aim to highlight opportunities for reducing food waste and possible improvements in the management of the unsold products in the retail.
